Carolynn has been devoted to senior health care for the past thirty years and has enjoyed the benefit of knowing her primary role is to help older adults have a better quality of life. Every person has a unique story and situation, and every situation requires a customized solution. At CareFirst we do everything to make sure this is recognized. Carolynn oversees the day to day operations of CareFirst Home Solutions.

Katherine Dubicki serves as our Director of Staffing Operations, where she is dedicated to ensuring both our clients and employees feel supported every step of the way. She works closely with our Director of Home Care Services to quickly troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues as they arise, helping to keep care running seamlessly. Katherine is passionate about helping others enjoy the best quality of life possible and brings both compassion and commitment to everything she does. Known for her great sense of humor and quick wit, she keeps everyone on their toes while bringing positive energy to the entire team. 

Janice  brings more than forty years of nursing experience to her role as Geriatric Care Consultant and Geriatric Care Manager. Throughout her distinguished career, Janice has remained deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized care to older adults and their families.

Her extensive background includes visiting nursing, hospice care, and leadership within the assisted living sector, giving her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the aging process and the many challenges seniors and caregivers may face. Janice’s experience allows her to guide families with both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion during some of life’s most important transitions.

What truly sets Janice apart is her unwavering devotion and passion for her work. She believes every senior deserves dignity, respect, comfort, and advocacy, and she approaches each client and family with empathy, patience, and genuine care. Her ability to connect with people on a personal level, while also providing knowledgeable guidance and support, has made her a trusted resource for countless families over the years.

Janice is dedicated to helping seniors maintain the highest possible quality of life while ensuring families feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

Judith is our Director of Client Services and plays a vital role in supporting both our clients and community partners. Much of her time is spent in the field working closely with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, social workers, and other referral sources to help ensure families receive the care and support they need.

Judith also works directly with families who are seeking care for loved ones, guiding them through the process with compassion, patience, and understanding. Her warm personality, strong communication skills, and genuine dedication to helping others make her a trusted resource for families and healthcare professionals alike.

Through her commitment, professionalism, and relationship-building, Judith continues to make a meaningful impact on the individuals and families we serve every day.

Virginia serves as our Director of Business Administration and is an integral part of our organization’s daily operations. She oversees many of the essential functions that keep our office running smoothly, including billing, payroll, human resources, and administrative management.

Known for her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail, Virginia works  behind the scenes to ensure both our staff and clients are supported efficiently and effectively. Beyond her strong leadership and dedication, Virginia is also known for her warm personality, positive attitude, and contagious laughter that brighten the office each day. She brings a sense of energy and kindness to everyone she works with, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both staff and families.
