Carolynn has been devoted to senior health care for the past twenty eight years and has enjoyed the benefit of knowing her primary role is to help older adults have a better quality of life. Every person has a unique story and situation, and every situation requires a customized solution. At CareFirst we do everything to make sure this is recognized. Carolynn oversees the day to day operations of CareFirst.

Steve has a passion for seniors and in providing resources that guide families and caregivers in helping their loved ones age in place. Steve has been in the senior care industry for twenty years with a background in assisted living and homecare. In his current role at CareFirst, he provides support in business planning, marketing, human resources and daily operations to our Long Island offices.

Mary has spent the last twenty five years of her career in the senior care industry. Mary knows the importance of supporting clients and their families in a home environment and allowing people to age in place at home. She has always enjoyed interacting with seniors and especially appreciates their wisdom, life insights and stories. Mary

Mary oversees the recruiting, hiring and training of caregivers and oversees all aspects of coordinating client care.

Virginia is an experienced Director of Administration who joined our team to support our office functions. She is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our administrative operations, from human resources and finance to office management.

As a Director of Community Relations, Judith meets with potential clients and their families, getting to know what healthcare challenges they are facing, then assists them to design a plan that is suited to their current situation and preferences.  She acts as a liaison with discharge planners and social workers with local hospitals and rehabs to ensure a smooth discharge home.

Judith is also involved on a local level with networking and giving back to the community in various volunteer roles.
